Broadcasting corrected position of rover

I am a new user of the Reach RTK system. I need to broadcast corrected position information from my mobile unmanned rover (a radio controlled boat). I plan on using LoRa radio to send my base station corrections to the rover. What is the best way to get the boat’s position? Can I use a second radio modem? What kind of accuracy should I expect? I expect to limit my range of operation to less than 1 km from the base station/operator (which may not reside at the same location).
