Bluetooth pairing not working with Lenovo tablet

I am having issues with Bluetooth using my lenovo yoga tablet running android 6.0.1 and since recently installing the new 2.7.7 update for reachview.

before the update the tablet could see and pair with the reach unit but since the update it cant do either…I have read other comments and tried everything i can but cant find a solution.other than clearing the browser cache is there anyway to clear out previous bluetooth settings from the previous version of reachview .

I have tried everyway to pair from the tablet and from the reachview software but the problem is that the lenovo tablet is (now) not showing up as discoverable and yet it used to under the previous reachview software

Are you sure that you have your Bluetooth settings open on the tablet when performing scan from Reach? On modern Android it is required that BT settings are open for device to be discoverable.

I can confirm that v2.2.7 running on Reach RS connects to my Lenovo Yoga tablet via bluetooth.
