Battery issues with RS+

Hi, I have a pair of Emlid RS+ receivers and it has been a very long time since powering them on. I appear to be having some battery issues as they take a while to finally start blinking the PWR indicator light, showing that they are charging. I have left them to charge for hours and when I unplug from the charger, they do not power on at all.

I have seen others bring up similar topics here and I am not sure what the resolution was in any of those cases. My hardware is now a few years old so I’m sure they are out of warranty. Is there a replacement battery that Emlid supplies for these? Is there a way to send them in to exchange the battery? Or is there someplace I could acquire new batteries to swap them out myself? Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you!
