Have a question on charging the battery. When my RS2 arrived today, the battery was completely drained on arrival. Is this normal? The company I purchased it from has a disclaimer saying any units that arrived with a dead battery can be returned within 14 days? Just trying to make sure I don’t have a defective unit.
I would probably charge it within the 14 days. They can look at the system report to verify if it was dead.
Myself with a new “play pretty” , I’d would charge.

It doesn’t look like a sign of the issue with the battery’s health. If the unit can be charged and turned on, it doesn’t have a dead battery. Still, we can run the full lifecycle battery test to see the battery performance. Just let me know if you want to do the test. I’ll provide the instructions for this.
