I’ve got the Reach RS+. Receiving NTRIP corrections from a CORS station. How is this different from VRS?
Trying to tag reference points for my drone maps.

A VRS is a station using a method developed by Trimble that basically averages correction streams from multiple CORS into one stream. They are typically more accurate as you get further from a single CORS that you might be using. I don’t think anything is different in the connection to it.
VRS removes many satellites. Work is not very convenient, only in a clean field is suitable
That has has probably more something to do with the provider of the NTRIP corrections. Maybe they are only transmitting GPS?

VRS is great when the CORS tower is located far away.
