In Brazil we have this reference table from the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics).
In this case of a baseline of 30km, according to the table, it would be 2 to 3 hours of tracking, but for multiband equipment.
For single frequency, the limit would be 20km.
This is for static lifting.
