Base CORS coordinate?

Hi, anybody know how to know the coordinate of CORS except asking to the admin of CORS?

It is transmitted in RTCM3 corrections stream and should be in RInex header of the reference log.

I can’t download rinex, failed, only can download rtcm3 file.

When you convert rtcm3 to rinex using rtkconv it will convert the message with base station coordinate into Rinex header.
