I would like to ask, if it’s possible to use Banana Pi instead of Raspberry Pi with Navio+
Hardware is compatible, but you will have to port software yourself.

I think if i put raspbian on it, software would be the same since gpio is also the same I think
It will take more effort than that. You will have to compile real-time kernel for it, make image with all required presets and port the software. You can’t simply run it from the same SD card image as Raspberry Pi.
It is better to stick to Raspberry Pi 2.
