Anyone using MS2372h-510 USB Modem?

I’m having issues get the MS2372h-510 modem to work. When I plug it in to the raspberry pi the light just flashes purple.

What Raspberry Pi version you use? Have you tested it with another PC?

I am using raspberry pi4, I have tested it on my laptop and it works well.

What’s the output of the ifconfig command? Is your modem there? What’s its IP-address?

There is no output or ip address, it just show my hard line connection.

Have you tried to set up your modem using the usb_modeswitch command? Are there any error messages?

This is the Linux command that allows switching the mode of USB-devices: from storage to modem. It’s the simplest way to set up a 3G USB modem on Raspbian.
