Antenna phase center

I’m trying to obtain the phase center offset for a third party gps antenna for use with my M2. The model number is Beitian 300S. I attempted to contact the manufacturer without success. I did obtain calibration files from NOAA for this model, but I don’t know how to interpret them. Can anyone assist or send me in the right direction? I have included the calibration files below

NGS is using 61.74mm vertical to phase center.

It is 61.7 mm for L1 frequency and 51.8 mm for L2 frequency. Practically, you can use the mean, 56.75 mm.
