Hi, I would like to inquire about order number 15629. When I initially ordered, shipping was estimated to begin late April, now the website says early may.
I see it is still labeled as back ordered as well…

The shipping date for Reach RS+ units indeed moved to early May. We still expect the new batch until that time so the estimated shipping date is the first or second weeks of May.
