Luis, no idea on 5.1 but it is time to update your Android My Nexus 7 2013 is on 6.1 and it runs fine. The only version that does not work is newest Android version 9 that is on my Pixel 2 XL

Thank you !! I am more worried about the loss of signal and that it does not return to fixed without having to turn off the Reach RS +. I hope you solve it I thought it was for the Android version but it is not! regards

Hi @agrimgalina,

As I mentioned in the previous message, you need Android 5.1 and up.
Lollipop is spanning versions between 5.0 and 5.1.1.
So, firstly you’ll need to update Lollipop 5.0 to use ReachView app.
