Have you tried starting it up outside with clear sky?

Please reach out at support@emlid.com with the serial number of your device: you can find it on the bottom side of the device under the bar code. I’d also suggest leaving it charging for a night and checking the unit’s condition in the morning. You can include this info in the email to us.

The problem started when it was used for a survey for GCP installation, only 2 GCP points would then observe the GCP of the three problematic tools…
