Hi there I have one problem with my M2 module all my data delete when downloaded the last update. Someone can help me please thanks

Might want to further clarify… log data from M2 internal memory? Or files from Emlid Flow?

Hi @emingtoplucho,

I agree with Tim, can you specify where exactly the data is missing?

  • If you can’t find your projects in Emlid Flow, please check if you are logged into your Emlid account the same way (e.g. sign in with Google or with your email) and with the same email as when this project was created.
  • If you can’t find any logs in Logging, please specify how exactly you have updated. Was the Reach reflashed? Was it an Emlid Flow application update or an M2 update?
