Is it possible to access the reachview with an android 4.03 tablet (acer iconia tab a500)? I have tried various browsers but with the correct ip address the menu does not appear, I only see the initial logo. Thanks.
Does ReachView boot on the newer device at the same time?
In new devices it works (smartphone, pc, etc.) through a web browser, by entering the address i.p. from the same wi-fi network as the office.
Did you try connecting via Chrome on this tablet?
Yes, but I can use an old version of chrome compatible with Android 4.03 ICS.

ReachView is a web-based app and this produces some minimal requirements for the Android version to run. Usually, we recommend using Android devices running version 5.01 and higher to work with the ReachView. Unfrotunately, if ReachView can’t run on the tablet, there’s not much we can do.
Also, we’re working on improving the ReachView. So, in the future, the app will have advanced features that might require a more powerful device.
