What do you mean by correction changes? Quality changes?
Corrections are just data that a base receives from satellites. They’re passed to a rover without any modifications. So, their quality depends on a base. That’s why we recommend placing the base in an open area.
Cities usually cannot boast a clear sky view unless you place the unit on the roof. This is how NTRIP services often do.
