85 percent fix realtime cannot replicat in post processing

I have a file that has 85% fixed solution in realtime and it looks great at other times, but due to lost correction signals I got a few periods of single.
When I reprocess with the base and rover rinex files I can only achieve 55percent fixed? Any suggestions. What are the standard params in reach rtk for processing on the fly?

Hi Simon, which configuration do you use in RTKLIB and which on Reach? You can generate a system report on Reach so that we can have a look at your settings.
