We are building a surveying type software application for a specific niche in the construction industry. Is there some sort of guide or outline on how to pull real time coordinates from the receivers?

Welcome to the community forum!
Our receiver can stream positions in NMEA format, which you can set up inside Emlid Flow Settings > Position Streaming tab. The position could be shared via Serial, TCP, and Bluetooth. So you can choose whatever is the best fit for you.
