is there a way to pull 3.7volts off of the Navio2 board my video transmitter for my gopro requires it and i don’t want to have to add another battery just for that.

I think for 3.7V there not many possibilities. I would go for a cheap voltage regulator.
I don’t think there will be BECs available.
