Why is EPSG 3123 not showing?

On the first picture is my old project but after a year even when selecting PRS 92, EPSG 3123 is not showing up as seen in the picture. My control points moved a lot on the new project and I can’t seem to solve the problem.

Welcome to the community Forum! Sorry for the radio silence here, but let me take you through this.

Thanks for the screenshots, by the way. It looks like the first project was set up using an older coordinate system from our old registry. Since last year, we have updated and fully support PRS 92, with the datum conversion from WGS 84, which is why you see the difference.The removal of the old coordinate system can explain the change.
