Where does code description get saved?

Hey, where does the code description get saved?
I have exported both CSV file and DXF file and it is not in either of them.

What I am talking about is. When you are out on site and you come across something new, so you go and create a new code, this screen comes up

Now traditionally I will write the whole name as the code, but occasionally if I don’t have enough room then I will write an abbreviated version and write the full name in the description, like I did with this the other day

Now I don’t do my own drafting I have a guy that does it for me. And I am just correcting his work and have just found out that he can’t see this description that I wrote in there.
I have since gone and had a look myself and I can’t find it either. Here is a copy of the spreadsheet for that site where I wrote that code.

Yes, there are descriptions for the individual points, but why have a code description if it is not available to be exported?

There’s probably some settings in the field software or possibly in the paid version ? It could also be a problem in the CAD program not reading the imported lines.

I’m not sure as I don’t use the field software much.

Hi Ben,

For now, it’s not possible to export the codes’ descriptions. They can be checked only among the point details.

But thank you for bringing it up! I’ve noted it, and I’ll register it as a feature request.

ahh ok, that explains why we can’t find it.
