I have the same problem. I re flashed the firmware and now my version is 0.0.3 but when I’m trying to update, it says that reach will go inactive during one minute but nothing is happening. The version stays at 0.0.3 even when I refresh the page. Any idea to solve my problem ?

Have you connected Reach to a Wi-Fi network with internet access?
I have connected my reach to my router, and can connect to it via its ip address in my routers network.
The problem is when I click to update it does the countdown but it doesnt update. How do I know if it has internet access?
Or how can I update via usb?

I think you are trying to do a Reflash of the firmware please follow this document

It should work.
