I have just tried to carry out an update to the ReachView3 app to v28.0 and I get the Test 8 failure, with a red cross next to it. How do I find out what this means and how can I fix it?

Good news on this issue. Updating the receiver solved it. In this case, we assume that this test may not be passed because some parts of the firmware were installed incorrectly during the first update.
