yesterday I updated my RS2 and my RS+ Receiver to Firmware 33 and the Emlid Flow App on my apple and android device are both on Version 13.3.
On the apple device ìm signed in, but I can’t see my survey projects. The wheel on the survey tab is turning endlessly. On my android device I can’t even log in. In the online version of Emlid flow I can see my projects. What am I doing wrong or are there any problems with our servers.

Let’s figure everything out. First, if you see your projects online on Emlid Flow 360, that means they are successfully synchronized and aren’t lost. Now, regarding your issue with devices.

iOS: we have received similar reports and are planning to release a fix very soon. This is happening because some old projects with a coordinate system that’s no longer used in Emlid Flow got corrupted.

Android: do you see any error when you’re trying to log in? Can you share a screenshot?
Hi everyone, I wanted to update the thread and tell you that we were able to solve issues on both iOS and Android devices.

On Android devices, reinstalling the application helped. Please reinstall the app only when you see all your projects in Emlid Flow 360. Otherwise the local projects on your device will be deleted.

On iOS, we have released 13.4 with the fix for this issue.
