Setting up Reach wifi

Hi
I have a pair of reach and i followed the quickstart guide.

I connected to the wifi and followed the steps. One of the units had a mismatch in password and i have re-flashed the unit. Now both the units connect to the wifi but I get the error “unable to reach your device”.
I have tried the setup outdoors.

I don’t know what the problem is. What could be the problem and How do I solve this? What is the next step to be followed?

Hi Amrita,

This error is misleading and irrelevant and we have information about it in the quickstart. Please try to scan your network to see which IP was assigned to Reach.
