Will 2 RS2 units with different firmware versions work properly in RTK radio/cellular mode? I have 1 RS2 unit with the original firmware that came with it. Have not flashed a newer firmware after seeing posts about flashing problems. If I get another RS2 unit with a newer firmware, will there be compatibility issues?

Yes, they should. We recommend updating the firmware to the latest anyway as it includes stability and performance improvements. You do not need to go through the flashing process to do that, just update them over Wi-Fi. There are no widespread issues with flashing or updating. You might see some reports on the forum, but it just reflects the vast amount of Reach units in active operation, and variety of configurations that our customers use. We are always available to help if something goes not as it should.
