I’ve sent the list of the points in a PM.
In a couple days I’m going to sit down and see if I can determine where the disconnect is.
So ran some GCPs in just NAD83 (2011) without the state plane. They were in decimal format and when I converted them to wgs84, they were exactly the same. I’m still confused on what exactly RV3 is doing.
I think a lot of it has to do with where in the US you are. Some areas have as much as 3-4 ft. difference, some are extremely minuscule. I am thinking your are in the later.
I know when the U.S. Army went from NAD83 to WGS84 all new maps were created. If I remember correctly, the Eastern US wasn’t as big of a difference as the Central US (I only have Alabama and Texas to reference this from)
