Boss, I have to buy a telemetry radio and controller. please do suggest the 2 components. the controller and the board on the RPI.

  • D4R-II Receiver 4 Channel ACCST w/ Telemetry and 8 Channel CPPM w/ RSSI $24.97
  • FrSky Taranis X9D plus 16-channel 2.4ghz ACCST Radio Transmitter (mode 2) $209.00

seems to be pretty expensive. $240= just for controller and receiverā€¦ gosh. !

I am also building up a drone and Iā€™m like you I want to achieve a long endurance and my setup is the following:

Antigravity 4004 400kv
AUW 3450g or 3.45Kg
Battery is 14000mAh 4S li-ion
Props are 18in CF with 5.9 pitch

What do you think?
