how can understand what is the the version of reach app ?

No doubt you updated to the latest version of the Reach App, 0.0.3, which changed the chart engine, settings tabs, animations, and multiple bug fixes. It seems to me that the version number and update button was left out in this update and as such, you are not able to see them. I hope that helps, otherwise you probably have a different issue.
When I flashed the firmware, I did not see this, I’ll be back with you in a few days and report my findings, I don’t have the reach modules with me now.
