@ebennb what Windows version do you use?

Windows 7, thanks!

Hi!

Did you install the driver? Could you go to Windows Device Manager and confirm there is an Intel Edison entry at the top level of the tree?

I was having the same type of error and downloading the drivers worked for me.

I tried to setup my 2nd reach and now it has the same problem. I have tried to reflash on 2 different PCs so far with no luck. I will try a third I have access to today, which is running Windows 7 so perhaps the older OS will make this work for me? Both of them became uncommunicative following attempts to connect them to my local wifi, with reflash always failing somewhere between 23 and 69%. Will share updates as I get them.

Hi!

Please check the same thing as I mentioned in the upper post.

Hi! I did, it didn’t make any difference. I did solve this just a few hours ago and wanted to update you though. To flash my 2 Reach units I had to use a different PC running Windows 7. My PC running WIndows 8.1 did not flash correctly, and my laptop running Windows 7 via bootcamp (its a mac) did not flash correctly. Something to do with the OS therefore. Regardless the problem is fixed. Now I am working on the internet part, which is giving me some challenges as well - I’ll either have it fixed next day or so or will send out another request for assistance. Thanks!
