Reach RS2 receiver failed Test 2

I just got the Reach RS2 survey kit, was able to update one of the receiver, while the other receiver keeps failing test 2.
Please has anybody experience this issue before and how can it be resolve

Hi Abiodun,

I’d start with reflashing the device. Do you have Ubuntu or Windows device to reflash the unit?

I have done what you said I should do, it still wouldn’t pass test 2, can’t reboot and go to the app
