Problema conectar reach m+

Good Morning,
Before too much I wanted to say that I am a very basic user, I am still in the beginning.

I have an RTK GNSS module, REACH M + that I wanted to try… but right at the first step I am having problems… I connect my Reach M+ to the computer or a PowerBank by USB , turn on an orange light and then flash a blue light for 30 seconds and then turn on. On my smarthphone I go to the networks I connect to the network created “reach: XX: XX”, then I enter the ReachView or Reach View 3 application… but in none of them I can connect to my module to follow the next steps… I tried to connect- me several times, I turn the m + reach on and off, I turn the network connection on and off and in the reach view application I can never find any “reach unit”… can anyone help? Thank you

Antes demais queria dizer que sou um utilizador muito básico, estou ainda no inicio.

Tenho um módulo RTK GNSS, REACH M+ que queria experimentar… mas logo no 1º passo estou com problemas… Ligo por USB ao computador ou a PowerBank, acende uma luz laranja e logo depois pisca durante 30 segundos uma luz azul ficando depois ligada. No meu smarthphone vou às redes conecto me à rede criada “reach:XX:XX”, depois entro na aplicação ReachView ou Reach View 3 … mas em nenhuma delas consigo conectar me ao meu módulo para seguir os próximos passos… ja tentei ligar me varias vezes, ligo e desligo a reach m+ , ligo e desligo a conexão a rede e na aplicação reach view nunca consigo encontrar nenhuma " reach unit" … alguém consegue ajudar? Obrigado

Welcome to the community forum!

Please connect the antenna to Reach M+ and put it close to the window. It’s even better to do the setup outside. The receiver needs the satellite view to pass the time sync procedure.

Once the unit finishes time sync, its green LED will stop blinking and turn solid. After that, you can connect to the unit’s hotspot and set up the receiver.

I’d suggest checking out these Quickstart guides First Setup and Base and Rover setup for a detailed explanation of the unit’s configurations.
