Problem syncing Emlid 360 and Emlid Flow

Data is not syncing between Emlid 360 and Emlid flow. What are the main thing to look at to fix that, if possible?

Do each have content that the other doesn’t have or is it one-sided? Have you tried signing out and back in to both services?

That happened to me this week, just had to ‘log in’ and maybe update on my phone and everything was synced again.

The Flow app occasionally asks for a check-in login, probably for this reason. So what exactly is the problem?

Could you check on the Emlid Flow if there is a red dot close to your profile? This way, you will need to confirm the login. Please log in again and see if this helps.
