Pixhawk and Reach integration problems

There were a few changes regarding the values of the statuses introduced in ArduPilot and MissionPlanner recently.

MissionPlanner of version 1.3.44 and above uses a new scheme.
ArduCopter 3.5 also uses a new scheme.

To get the correct status in MP with ArduCopter 3.4 it is recommended to use MissionPlanner 1.3.43.
