Newbie Questions

Have done some searching, and have been unable to find details on 2 general questions I have at this point working with the ReachRS.

1. Is there a way to install old versions of the software? With 2.9 out, if you install this and want to go back to 2.8 is this possible and if so, what is the process?

2. Is there a general troubleshooting guide for looking at the logs to isolate where issues may be? Was easy to find how to convert and view the different logs, but what areas are important to look at that could be causing issues with obtaining a fix? Is it best to just upload on here and ask for someone to look and provide feedback?

This is not currently possible, however you can reflash the firmware which contains an older version of ReachView.

There are several topics on this forum where you can read about analysis of log files, however it usually only pertains to the OP’s particular problem. Unfortunately there is no compilation or guide that I know of. A forum member may assist you in analyzing your log files if you upload them.
