Hi Francesco,
As far as I know many people monitor movements of slopes and infrastructure with Reach so you definitely can consider using RS+ or M+ for this application.
For instance, you can attach USB 3g/LTE modem to Reach and set it up to output the position to servers over TCP.
Sounds like a great used to me. I would recommend setting yourself up a grid. Also, let the Bass Station Reed 4 at least 20 minutes and once you have that coordinate manually enter it that way your surveys repeat nicely. You are Rover shots should be at least 5 minutes.
