The Measure button is missing when I’m staking out points. We’ve had this issue previously on Android and now I have it on iOS 18.3 iPhone 12 running Flow 11.10
This happened to me when i get signed out of my Emlid Survey plan account. Signing back in sorted it. Also when two devices tried to use the same account

The stakeout report only works with projects in a local coordinate system, so that’s something to check. It seems like your project is already set to local, right?
Also, this feature is part of the Survey Plan. Do you have an active subscription? If so, as @adnaanparker1 suggested, there could be a sync issue. I’ll need to take a closer look at it. Since it may involve personal info, please email us at support@emlid.com.
Ah - lack of Survey sub will be the issue. I did look at couldn’t see it mentioned in the terms, but there we go.
