"Log conversion failed. Downloading raw log."

I’ve just started using Emlid Reach and I have few problems with it.
At the beggining I am trying to verify my first logs but I am getting: “Log conversion failed. Downloading raw log.” when downloading them and I can’t make raw logs work with RTKLIB.

What’s wrong? I have pressed UPDATE button several times now…
