Heights difference after exporting to DXF

Dear people, I’ve use line options instead of points - when I export it in DXF and use it in other systems, it does not show the right height projection. Any idea?

Is the horizontal and vertical position right?

Do you mean here that you use another software?

thanks for the reply, the X and Y are in the right position, the points are too but the lines I created are not

To help investigate this, could you share the CRS that you used and the data in CSV and DXF?
