I just updated my Reach RS2 to the most recent firmware, and since then, I’ve been having some connectivity problems. The device doesn’t seem to connect well to my network after the update. The status LED blinks red continuously, and the device is not listed in the ReachView app. I’ve restarted it several times, but nothing changes.
I also tried a factory reset, but no such luck. I am unable to get the device to connect to my mobile hotspot or Wi-Fi network, which was previously working fine before the update. Did anyone else have similar problems after updating their Reach RS2?
I’m using it in a relatively remote location, so troubleshooting options are limited. If anyone has suggestions or has found a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. I’m looking for any advice on how to get the Reach RS2 to reconnect and start functioning normally again.
