I’m afraid the M2 failed. I had the same problem and Emlid support has no solution. If it is out of the warranty period, you can throw it in the trash can. Another user also had a similar problem:

Hi @kseniia.suzdaltseva, I simply can’t believe a chip that costs hundreds of dollars could be broken easily in that way ). Then I do a simple internet research about Ublox ZED F9P module that installed in the Reach M2.
