I got an error message during the installation.

Glad to hear you were able to install the Flash Tool. However, can you please share why you’d like to reflash your unit? Are you looking to update the firmware, or are you experiencing any issues with the unit?
Let’s try using another USB cable and USB port on the PC. When you connect your unit to your computer via USB, does it appear in the Device Manager’s list of devices?

My unit doesn’t want to progress to create hotspot after powered on.
After pressing the power button, the indicators all blinking simultaneously and paused with lights on the last 3 LED. Later, it continue to the same cycle for several times and lights all off.
Any idea why?

- A video showing the unit’s LED reaction upon pressing the power button.
- The Flash Tool logs from when the reflashing attempt fails.
