I turn on the RS3, and it doesn’t show any solution. I use that device as a rover. The base RS2, which is in the same location with the same configuration, has no problems. Photo attached
Is the ROVER set up to send corrections from the BASE via LoRa or NTRIP? Maybe toggle between them to check? If NTRIP, maybe NTRIP disconnection?
The problem isn’t the connection between the base and the rover, but that the RS3 doesn’t see any satellites while the RS2 right next to it does.
Hi @raulmazzucco,
Is this the first setup with the device? Did something unusual happen before?
I want to look into this more closely. Can you collect a 15-minute raw data log and generate a full system report? Please send the data to support@emlid.com, we can discuss it over there as the Full System Report has sensitive data in it.
Gracias, ya envié un mail con la información.
I had this same thing happen when I first got the RS3. Make sure the frequency for the LoRa is set the same on each unit. May not be the fix but it was something I have come across.
