Emlid Flow 13.1 missing points after update

Hello,
This is the problem:

  1. Points were measured with android device, Emlid Flow v12.x, Reach RS3, RTK measurement with cors network. RS3 with sim card and WiFi connection with android.
  2. Points were visible on the map screen after all the measurements.
  3. During the trip back to the office, the emlid flow was updated to 13.1
  4. No one of the measured points was visible after the update.

Please for advice how to recover the lost data. Is there a temporary folder in android, backup… ?

Hi Ivan,

Let’s figure it out. With Emlid Flow version 13, we introduced some changes to the sync process, so it will need some time to synchronize everything if you have a lot of projects. Please open the app and wait a few minutes.

Also, if you go to Profile>Preferences>Database backup, you should see all locally saved projects. Do you see the project there?

Lastly, our latest released version is 13.3. Can you update your app?

Boston, the Database backup is available on iOS devices as well. All you need is Emlid Flow version 13 or above. Do you experience any issues?
