Can't update firmware!

Hi,

Trying to update firmware of Reach RX, unable to see what the firmware version is as it won’t tell us. When we click the firmware updates button, the message is “Unable to check for updates. Make sure your mobile device or Reach is connected to the Internet and try again.” this is despite being connected and able to browse. Also tried on both wifi and mobile data, and across multiple devices.

Welcome back!

Your RX device might have a firmware version that is lower than 1.6. Updates from the app are available after version 1.6.

To update your device, you will need to reflash it following this guide. After this, in the future you will be able to install the latest firmware on your device in your Emlid Flow app.
