Well, drop that modem and create another wifi with different gear. A hotspot with your phone maybe?

I met the same problem, I upgraded to v1.2, but not lucky to get the AP.
Have you tried working your way through suggestion mention above?
If not, please write what you have done so far and screenshots are nice, of where you got stuck
I have the same provider - and more than likely the same modem/router. I suffered the same problem. Both units were able to establish a connection to the network but for some reason unable to connect to anything else on the network. Unfortunately the modems themselves are not that configurable where they are provided by the ISP. I believe in the end it wasn’t able to establish the gateway properly.
@erin the easiest solution would be the pickup a cheap router of your own and use it. I had a few laying around and this quickly resolved the problem within minutes.
yes, I tried all above steps. I used v1.2.
When power on the board, I can see AP, after power up second time, I can not see AP.
I tried v2.3 veta, it had no this problem.
