Cannot flash firmware w/ utility or terminal (Reach v2.3)

Finally got it working thanks to Igor - the step to connect the device (in https://docs.emlid.com/reach/common/reachview/firmware-reflashing) should read -FIRST connect the cable (make sure it’s the original Pisen brand and the device is off) and THEN turn on the device when you get to this stage. It should then process the flash.
