I’ve tried on two different phones (both android and iPhone). Tried restarting device.
Both the Emlid and my phone are on the same non 5g wifi network. Emlid app is up to date.
Also tried the 33.6 beta and had the same issue.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for trying those steps and for your patience!
It sounds like your Wi-Fi network is running on 5 GHz, but Reach devices can work with 2.4 GHz networks only. As I know, most routers can be reconfigured to 2.4 GHz. Would it be possible to check if yours can be set up this way?
Alternatively, you can try connecting the RS2+ to a different network, such as your mobile hotspot. Make sure to adjust the hotspot accordingly.
UPD: Tweaked my reply. I just noticed your network is probably on 5 GHz.
