Once connected trig is logged inside the raw gps log file, right ?
It is very simple, just connect ground on both devices and wire the hotshoe to time mark input. Pinout is here:

Time stamps are in RINEX files that you download from Reach.

No need for a 5V input like above ?
Answer to myself after trial : there is already 3.3 V between time mark input and ground, trig is well detected between them.
Correct, no external circuitry is required.
Reach - hotshoe
5v - 5v
Gnd - gnd
Timemark - timemark

Reach - Hotshoe
Timemark - hot shoe center pin
Ground - all metal biggest hotshoe plate except center pin
Would you describe hotshoe’s parts, such as which hotshoe center pin, and which all metal biggest hotshoe plate except center pin, maybe an image can be attached here.
Can it result a geotag picture?
