I have a pair of Reach RS+ Version 2.01
I recently fired them back on after about of month of non-use but only one of the units is able to connect to Wifi/Hotspot. The other one has a solid orange (PWR) and solid green (STAT) but the blue light (NET) isn’t blinking at all so I can’t connect it to the app via wifi or hotspot. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!
Is the blue led solid on or off?

Can you try with a firmware update ?

Firmware reflashing should resolve this issue. Please keep us updated.
It will not even turn on now. It won’t charge either. When I hold down the power button to enter firmware update mode, nothing happens.
